Provider and scope

zenpitch is provided by SHIO VENTURES GmbH, Straßburger Straße 55, 10405 Berlin, Germany, represented by its managing director Andreas Rührig. These terms apply to all services on zenpitch.ai.

Services

Pre-analysis: free, after you confirm your email address.

Full analysis with tips and PDF: €99 net plus VAT, free during the launch phase.

Rebuild as an HTML deck in the studio with up to three iterations, including hosting and sharing by link: €199 net plus VAT, free during the launch phase.

During the launch phase all services are free. Before a service becomes paid we will tell you in advance, and you then order it explicitly. Whatever you received for free during the launch phase stays free.

What zenpitch is not

The analysis is an assessment made with the help of a language model. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, and we do not promise funding.

Zenpitch does not broker investments or financial products, gives no investment advice and receives no fee for any financing.

Your content

Your deck and everything in the context space stays yours. You grant us only the rights we need to provide the service you ordered: reading, analysing, rebuilding, storing and, if you wish, showing it.

You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload (including logos, images and fonts) and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You are responsible for the figures and claims in your deck. The studio does not add figures that are not backed by your deck or context.

Abuse

We may reject submissions and suspend accounts if someone circumvents limits, uses other people’s addresses or uploads unlawful content.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfilment makes the contract possible in the first place and on which you may rely, and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Term and deletion

You can delete your account at any time. Retention periods for data without an account are set out in the privacy policy.

Final provisions

Zenpitch is aimed at founders acting for their existing or planned company, i.e. businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin if you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
